Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m a writer, educator, and graduate student in school counseling with a lifelong love of books, stories, and creativity. I’m also pursuing certification in poetry facilitation, where I’ve discovered just how powerful creative and expressive writing can be—not because it teaches us to write perfectly, but because it invites us to reflect, imagine, connect, and grow.
The workshops I create aren’t traditional writing classes focused on grammar, publishing, or perfecting your craft. Instead, they’re welcoming experiences designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Together, we might respond to a poem, invent unforgettable characters, explore nature through journaling, or discover the stories hidden in everyday moments.
You don’t need to think of yourself as “a writer” to belong here.
Whether you’re eight or eighty, whether you’ve filled journals for years or haven’t written since middle school, there’s a place for you. My hope is that every participant leaves feeling inspired, encouraged, and a little more connected to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
Today, I partner with libraries, schools, and community organizations to create engaging creative and expressive writing experiences for children, teens, and adults.
I would love to help create a meaningful writing experience for your community – one that sparks curiosity, connection, and reflection.
